Liability Release & Participant Agreement - This Release is made by and between 

GREGGE STEWART AND CLIENT/S

By registering for with Gregge Stewart (hereinafter “the Event"), and in consideration of Gregge Stewart allowing me to register, attend and participate in the Event, I, for myself, and on behalf of my spouse, children, guardians, heirs and next of kin, and any legal personal representatives, hereby agree to Release, Waive, Covenant Not to Sue, Assume All Risk, attendance or participation in any or all activities of the Event, and further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Gregge Stewart, its employees, officers, directors, administrators, agents, contractors, instructors, assistants, other participants, sponsoring agencies, from any and all liability for all claims, judgments, costs including attorney's fees, demands, losses, or damages on account of injury, death or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused by even the negligence of the company, incurred in connection with any action brought in any way connected with the Event. This agreement is specifically intended to operate as a waiver of liability to the fullest extent allowed by law. Having read and understood the disclosures and obligations contained in this waiver, Participant is hereby voluntarily and intentionally relinquishing their known rights against Gregge Stewart. Gregge Stewart offers courses for coaching sessions, workshops, seminars, and continuing education which the Participant is interested in taking. The Participant’s execution and delivery of this Liability Release & Participant Agreement is a condition to Gregge Stewart, allowing the Participant to participate in any Event offered. Participant has considered the risks associated with participating in the Event and voluntarily assumes any and all risks in connection with the Event. This includes without limitations any harm or potential harm to the Participant or damage or potential damage to the Participant’s property, whether caused by the Participant, other participants of the Event, or the Company. Participant is required to obey all directives of the Event instructor and agents and the rules and regulations of the venue where the Event takes place and to report to the Event instructor any unsafe condition(s) and any injury(ies) to the Participant or others, report any improper or non-conforming conduct of other Participants or the Event Instructor to Gregge Stewart, and adhere to the Gregge's rules, as well as any and all relevant local, state and federal laws.

 Participant is responsible for his/her own conduct and safety and understands and agrees that the Company has no responsibility for the conduct of the Participants in this course. Participant grants permission to use his or her likeness in photographs and/or video in any and all of its publications and all media and for other use by Gregge Stewart. He or she will make no monetary or other claim against Gregge Stewart for the use of the photographs and/or video. Participant agrees to refrain from copying, disclosing, using, selling, or offering for sale any and all Event content. All Event content is property of Gregge Stewart, Gregge's instructors, or assignees and may not be used or redistributed without explicit written permission from the Gregge Stewart and its agents. Participant agrees to follow the rules and regulations of the Participant is responsible to notify instructor of have any medical conditions that might be adversely affected by this work. Participant affirms that they have not tested positive for COVID-19 nor, to the best of their knowledge, have come into contact with anyone who has tested positive within the past 14 days. Participant affirms that they are feeling well at the time of class(es) and agrees to follow all current CDC regarding safety precautions. Participant agrees that should they not be able to attend a class, they will retain a course credit to take the same class at a later time and location. Once the portal has been accessed, participant may no longer change to a different course. It is agreed that an electronic copy of this Release will serve as an original.
